Building a Legacy That Points to Christ
When most people think about legacy, they think about what they will leave behind — their accomplishments, their wealth, their reputation.
But I believe God calls us to a different kind of legacy. One that is not measured by what people remember about us, but by how many people were pointed toward Christ because of how we lived.
A Christ-centered legacy is built in the everyday moments. It is built in how we love our families. In how we serve our communities. In how we respond to hardship with faith instead of fear. In how we speak truth into the lives of the people around us.
It is built in the books we write, the conversations we have, the prayers we pray over our children, and the seeds of faith we plant in every season — even the ones that feel unfruitful.
I think about the women who came before me — women of faith who prayed, who persevered, who trusted God in seasons that were far more difficult than anything I have faced. Their legacy lives in me. And I carry a responsibility to pass it forward.
You carry that same responsibility. The legacy you build today will outlive you. It will shape the people who come after you. It will point generations toward the God who is faithful.
So build with intention. Build with faith. Build with love. And build it all on the foundation of Christ — because that is the only foundation that will last.
With love and faith,
