Tetla Mendez Campbell

Tetla Mendez Campbell is a Christian author, speaker, and passionate advocate for faith, marriage, purpose, and legacy. Her life and writing are deeply rooted in her personal journey of brokenness, restoration, alignment, and discovering the purpose God had placed within her.

Originally from Jamaica, Tetla's story is one of resilience, faith, and transformation. She understands that sometimes God meets us in the places where we feel most broken — not to leave us there, but to restore us, realign us, and prepare us for the assignment He has placed before us.

Tetla has been married to her husband, Jeff Campbell, for over 36 years. Together, they have walked through the joys, challenges, growth, and seasons of marriage, learning firsthand that a strong marriage is not simply built by love, but by intentionality, commitment, grace, communication, and keeping Christ at the center. Their journey has fueled Tetla's passion for encouraging couples and strengthening families.

As a leader in marriage ministry, Tetla is committed to helping couples move beyond simply maintaining their marriages to intentionally building Kingdom marriages — marriages that honor God, strengthen families, and make an impact in their communities.

Her writing reflects the lessons God has taught her throughout her own journey. Her three-book collection — From Broken to Aligned, From Alignment to Assignment, and From Assignment to Legacy — follows a powerful progression of transformation: healing from brokenness, discovering purpose, walking in God-given assignment, and ultimately building a legacy that reaches beyond oneself.

Tetla believes that legacy is not given; it is cultivated. She believes our lives are not only about what we accomplish, but about what we leave behind in the hearts and lives of those who come after us.

Through her books, speaking, ministry, and personal testimony, Tetla encourages others to trust God through every season, embrace the process of becoming, and recognize that their story can become a testimony that points others to Christ.

Her greatest desire is not to make her own name known, but to make Christ known.
