Have you ever felt the weight of what God has called you to do and thought — I am not enough for this?
I have. More than once.
There have been moments in my journey where the assignment God placed on my heart felt so much larger than my ability, my resources, or my confidence. Moments where I looked at what He was asking and thought, surely He has the wrong person.
But here is what I have learned: God does not call the equipped. He equips the called.
When the assignment feels too big, that is not a sign that you are in the wrong place. It is often a sign that you are exactly where God wants you — in a position where you have no choice but to depend on Him completely.
Think about Moses. Think about Esther. Think about David. None of them felt fully prepared for what God asked of them. But they said yes anyway. And God met them in their obedience.
The same is true for you. God is not asking you to figure it all out before you take the first step. He is asking you to trust Him enough to take the step — and then watch what He does with your obedience.
The assignment may feel too big. But the God who gave it to you is bigger still.
Take the step. Trust the One who called you. And know that He will not send you anywhere He has not already gone before you.
With love and faith,
